What’s Included in Your Session?
During your session, we aim to capture a dynamic mix of creative dance photography, traditional dance portraits, and acrobatic poses for students who also train in acro or gymnastics. This session is perfect for both beginner and advanced dancers.

Creative Dance Photography
Designed for dancers who want to take their portfolio and social media to the next level, this modern photography style works beautifully with everything from classic dance wear to colourful bespoke costumes. Shot in the studio with dramatic lighting, each image is created to show off your movement, strength, and flexibility.

Traditional Dance Portraits
Designed for both beginner and advanced dancers, each photo is carefully composed to showcase your technique and form. Shot in the studio against a traditional white backdrop, the images have an elegant, timeless feel. Your session also includes professional headshots perfect for your CV, dance school auditions, and show promotions.

Acro & Gymnastics Photography
Available to students who also train in acro or gymnastics.
Photography designed to highlight a dancer’s strength, control, and flexibility through bold, visually striking poses. Signature movements such as backbends and splits create dynamic, visually stunning images.
Not Sure Which Session to Choose?
Our two-hour studio session is our most popular choice. This gives students the opportunity to change into multiple outfits during the photo shoot.
We also offer two additional options: a one-hour session and a three-hour session. The one-hour studio session is recommended for younger students or for those who plan only a minimal number of outfit changes.
The three-hour studio session is recommended for dancers who need extra time due to the number of outfits they wish to model. It is also ideal for students who require additional headshots in multiple outfits.
One-Hour Studio Session
This session includes 8 high-resolution images, professionally retouched and delivered ready for use on your website and social media platforms.
All the photos from your session are uploaded to a private online gallery, where you can view them and select your favourites.
Receive the edited files within 7 days from the day of order.
You can also order additional high-resolution files and printed photographs directly through your online gallery.

Two-Hour Studio Session
This session includes 16 high-resolution images, professionally retouched and delivered ready for use on your website and social media platforms.
All the photos from your session are uploaded to a private online gallery, where you can view them and select your favourites.

Three-Hour Studio Session
This session includes 24 high-resolution images, professionally retouched and delivered ready for use on your website and social media platforms.

Balancing Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all balancing payments are due 1 week before your shoot date.
For international shoots, balancing payments must be made no later than 4 weeks before your scheduled shoot date.Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible. However, we also need to protect our business and minimise the impact that cancellations may have on our schedule and operations.
Cancelling more than 30 days before your shoot
If you cancel more than 30 days before your shoot date, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.
Cancelling between 30 and 7 days before your shoot
If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before your shoot date, your deposit can still be transferred to a new booking.
Cancelling within 7 days of your shoot
If you cancel within 7 days of your shoot date and have paid the full balance, your deposit cannot be transferred, but your balancing payment can be transferred to a future booking.
If the balancing payment has not yet been made, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.No Shows
In the unlikely event that you do not turn up for your shoot, no payments will be refunded or transferred.
We work from a well-equipped studio that’s perfect for dance photography, portraits, and headshots. If your project requires a larger space, we’re happy to arrange a location that suits your needs.
