  • The easiest way to book a photo shoot with us is to complete the form on the contact page. We will get back to you with additional information regarding your shoot.

  • We recommend bringing a friend or family member along to your shoot, as we want the experience to be both relaxed and enjoyable. There may be times during the session when we need to set up lighting or backgrounds, and during these breaks, you'll have a chance to spend time with your companion. They can also assist with hair and makeup if needed.

  • After your photo session is complete, we will contact you within 3 to 4 days with a link to view all the images in an online gallery. Depending on the package you've chosen, your final images are typically delivered within 7 days from the day of order. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on your specific requirements.

  • Before the shoot, we like to discuss your preferred photography style and can offer recommendations on what outfits work best with various background colors. However, you're free to choose your own outfits to suit your personal style.

  • We recommend reaching out to us a few weeks before your desired photo shoot date. This gives us enough time to schedule your session and discuss your vision for the shoot.

  • When booking a shoot, we usually go over the options and studio availability via email. However, if your photography needs are more complex, we’re happy to discuss them over the phone or meet in person if necessary.

  • While we offer on-location photo shoots, advancements in camera phone technology have made these less common. Our most popular service is studio photography, but if you're interested in an on-location shoot, we can discuss your needs and determine if it's a feasible option.

  • Hair and makeup services are not included as standard in our photography sessions. Many clients prefer not to use these services, so we keep them separate from our pricing. If you require a hair or makeup artist for your shoot, please inform us, and we’ll assist in making the necessary arrangements.

  • We suggest bringing a minimum of four outfits to the shoot. For extended sessions, 5 to 6 outfits will give you more options to work with.

  • We will retouch and edit your images and send them to you on Google Drive within 7 working days from the date of your order. You will get both JPEGs and TIFFs. We also sell prints, so ask us about that if you’d like to print your photos. 

  • If you’d like to reschedule your booking, please give us 48 hours notice. You will be able to reschedule your booking once for free. If you need to reschedule a second time, We charge a £100 rescheduling fee. Please note that if you cancel within 48 hours of your session, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • In summary, headshots are more formal and purpose-driven, while portraits allow for greater creativity and personal expression.

    Here are the key difference

    Headshot:

    • Purpose: Primarily for professional or commercial use, such as corporate profiles, resumes, or actor/model portfolios.

    • Framing: A headshot focuses mainly on the subject’s face, typically showing from the shoulders up.

    • Style: Headshots are often straightforward, with a clean background and neutral lighting, emphasising the subject’s facial features for identification or branding purposes.

    • Use: Corporate websites, social media profiles (like LinkedIn), acting portfolios, and business cards.

    Portrait Shot:

    • Purpose: More artistic or personal in nature, aimed at capturing the personality, mood, or essence of the subject.

    • Framing: Can vary from head and shoulders to full body. Portraits offer more creative flexibility in composition.

    • Style: Portraits tend to have more artistic expression, utilising different lighting styles, poses, backgrounds, and environments to tell a story about the subject.

    • Use: Family albums, personal projects, editorial spreads, or creative works in photography.

    Balancing Payment

    Unless otherwise stated, all balancing payments are due 1 week before your shoot date.
    For international shoots, balancing payments must be made no later than 4 weeks before your scheduled shoot date.

    Cancellations

    We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible. However, we also need to protect our business and minimise the impact that cancellations may have on our schedule and operations.

    Cancelling more than 30 days before your shoot

    If you cancel more than 30 days before your shoot date, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.

    Cancelling between 30 and 7 days before your shoot

    If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before your shoot date, your deposit can still be transferred to a new booking.

    Cancelling within 7 days of your shoot

    If you cancel within 7 days of your shoot date and have paid the full balance, your deposit cannot be transferred, but your balancing payment can be transferred to a future booking.
    If the balancing payment has not yet been made, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

    No Shows

    In the unlikely event that you do not turn up for your shoot, no payments will be refunded or transferred.
