A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable booking fee has been received. This secures your shoot date and covers pre-production, planning, and administrative time.

The booking fee is typically 25% of the total cost of your photography service, although this may vary depending on the type of booking. This fee is due prior to the shoot date and is deducted from the total amount payable.

Unless otherwise stated, final balances are payable no later than 7 days before the scheduled shoot. For international bookings, the remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the shoot date.

In the event of a cancellation, booking fees are non-refundable. However, where sufficient notice is given, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible. However, we also need to protect our business and minimise the impact that cancellations may have on our schedule and operations.

Cancelling more than 30 days before your shoot

If you cancel more than 30 days before your shoot date, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.

Cancelling between 30 and 7 days before your shoot

If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before your shoot date, your deposit can still be transferred to a new booking.

Cancelling within 7 days of your shoot

If you cancel within 7 days of your shoot date and have not paid the full balance, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

If you have already paid the full balance, the deposit will still be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred. However, the remaining balance can be refunded or transferred to a future booking.

No Shows

In the unlikely event that you do not turn up for your shoot, no payments will be refunded or transferred.
