What’s Included in This Package?
Our dance academy photography sessions can be carried out on-site at your academy, provided there is sufficient space. We use a large white studio backdrop along with professional lighting to create clean, fresh images that work beautifully across websites and social media. The white background also makes these images ideal for advertising materials, as they can be easily combined with text and branding.
During the session, students can wear two different outfits. The first is usually the academy uniform, and the second can be something chosen by them, often a favourite competition outfit. This adds some nice variety to the images while also giving the academy consistent photos of the team in uniform, which work really well for your website and marketing.
Images from the session are made available in a private online gallery, where the academy can view and select photographs for use on its website and social media. Students also have access to their individual images through a secure online gallery, with the option to purchase additional digital files for personal use on their own social media accounts.

Photoshoot Location
For your convenience, we can bring a full studio setup directly to your academy. This includes a large white studio backdrop and professional studio lighting.
Duration of the Shoot
The duration of the shoot is entirely flexible and can be tailored to suit the needs and preferences of each academy.
What to Expect at the Photoshoot
Each student will have the opportunity to pose in a variety of dance positions. This typically includes 8 to 10 dance poses per outfit, along with two headshots. The total number of images captured may vary depending on the allocated studio time and the number of students taking part in the photoshoot.
Photography Style
Most of the photographs will be taken against a white background, creating a clean and fresh look that works well across websites and social media. This style also makes the images ideal for use in advertising materials, as they can be easily combined with text and branding.
Model Release Form
For students under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign a model release form prior to the photoshoot. This standard consent form grants permission for their child to be photographed.
Health & Safety
We are full-time professional photographers, DBS-checked, and fully insured with public liability cover.

Pricing for the service depends on the location of the dance academy, the amount of time required for the photo shoot, and the number of students being photographed.

Our studio is fully equipped to support dance photography, portraits, model test shoots, and headshots. For projects requiring additional space or a different setting, we can arrange a location tailored to your needs.

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible. However, we also need to protect our business and minimise the impact that cancellations may have on our schedule and operations.
Cancelling more than 30 days before your shoot
If you cancel more than 30 days before your shoot date, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.
Cancelling between 30 and 7 days before your shoot
If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before your shoot date, your deposit can still be transferred to a new booking.
Cancelling within 7 days of your shoot
If you cancel within 7 days of your shoot date and have paid the full balance, your deposit cannot be transferred, but your balancing payment can be transferred to a future booking.
If the balancing payment has not yet been made, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.No Shows
In the unlikely event that you do not turn up for your shoot, no payments will be refunded or transferred.
