The images captured during the session will be available for the academy to use on its website and social media, while students will have the opportunity to purchase prints or digital files of their portraits.

Designed for both beginner and advanced dancers, each photo is carefully composed to showcase your technique and form. Shot in the studio on a traditional white backdrop to create an elegant, timeless look.

Dance pairs and group photography highlights the connection between dancers, capturing the camaraderie, pride, and shared achievements that make your academy truly special.

Acro & Gymnastics Photography
Available to students who also train in acro or gymnastics.
Photography designed to highlight a dancer’s strength, control, and flexibility through bold, visually striking poses. Signature movements such as backbends and splits create dynamic, visually stunning images.

We are offering this service at an introductory price to new clients.
Pricing for the service depends on the location of the dance academy, the amount of time required for the photo shoot, and the number of students being photographed.

Photoshoot Location:
For your convenience, We can bring studio equipment to your academy, This would include: a large white studio background, professional studio lighting.
The Duration of This Shoot:
This is entirely up to personal preference and can be decided by each dance academy individually.
What to Expect at the Photoshoot:
The majority of these photographs will be shot on a white background giving them a clean and fresh look that works well for websites and social media. The white background also makes the images ideal for combining with text and using in advertising materials.
Model Release Form:
For students under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign a model release form prior to the photo shoot. This standard consent form gives permission for your child to be photographed.
Health & Safety:
We are full-time photographers, DBS-checked and fully insured with public liability cover.

Balancing Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all balancing payments are due 1 week before your shoot date.
For international shoots, balancing payments must be made no later than 4 weeks before your scheduled shoot date.Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible. However, we also need to protect our business and minimise the impact that cancellations may have on our schedule and operations.
Cancelling more than 30 days before your shoot
If you cancel more than 30 days before your shoot date, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.
Cancelling between 30 and 7 days before your shoot
If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before your shoot date, your deposit can still be transferred to a new booking.
Cancelling within 7 days of your shoot
If you cancel within 7 days of your shoot date and have paid the full balance, your deposit cannot be transferred, but your balancing payment can be transferred to a future booking.
If the balancing payment has not yet been made, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.No Shows
In the unlikely event that you do not turn up for your shoot, no payments will be refunded or transferred.
