Model Test Shoots
Our Model Test Shoots are collaborative portfolio-building sessions for aspiring models, designed to create a collection of professional images while giving you the opportunity to gain experience modelling in front of the camera. During the session, you’ll work with a professional photographer in our London studio, try a variety of outfits and be guided through a range of poses to create images that can be used to start building your portfolio or shared on social media.
The sessions are particularly suited to people who are new to modelling and would like to gain experience working with a professional photographer in a studio environment. No previous modelling experience is required, and the shoot can be adapted to suit your experience and confidence in front of the camera.
Although the sessions are designed primarily for aspiring models, they are also popular with content creators, influencers, dancers and anyone who enjoys modelling and would like to create high-quality professional content for social media.
We understand that this might be your first time working in a studio with a photographer, so we aim to make the experience a fun and creative day. You do not need to be actively pursuing modelling as a full-time career to take part.

Our Model Test Shoot sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to gain experience in front of the camera while creating a varied selection of professional images for your portfolio. During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to try different outfits and poses, with guidance throughout the shoot to help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
The session also gives you experience of working in a professional studio environment with an experienced photographer, while creating images that can be used to start building your portfolio or shared on social media.

The one-hour studio session is recommended for new clients or for those who plan only a minimal number of outfit changes.

Our two-hour studio session is our most popular choice, giving you the opportunity to change into multiple outfits during the photo shoot.

The three-hour studio session is ideal for anyone who needs extra time due to the number of outfits they wish to model.

Deposits
A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable booking fee has been received. This secures your shoot date and covers pre-production, planning, and administrative time.
The booking fee is typically 25% of the total cost of your photography service, although this may vary depending on the type of booking. This fee is due prior to the shoot date and is deducted from the total amount payable.
Payments
Unless otherwise stated, final balances are payable no later than 7 days before the scheduled shoot. For international bookings, the remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the shoot date.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, booking fees are non-refundable. However, where sufficient notice is given, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
Duration of the Shoot
On the day of your photo shoot, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your booking so you can make the most of your time in the studio.
Model Release Form
For clients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign a model release form prior to the photoshoot. This standard consent form grants permission for their child to be photographed.
Health & Safety
As full-time professional photographers, we are DBS-checked and fully insured with public liability cover. Certificates are available on request. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the photo shoot.
