What’s Included in This Package?
This photo shoot is designed to capture a dynamic mix of photographs. All photo are taken in the studio. We offer three session lengths depending on the number of outfit changes:
1-2 outfits: 1-hour session
3-4 outfits: 1.5-hour session
5-6 outfits: 2-hour session
Images from the shoot will be uploaded to a private web gallery for you to view the photos. Each package includes a set number of retouched files, with additional files or prints available for purchase.

8 high-resolution retouched files included.
All images uploaded to a online gallery.
Receive the edited files within 7 days from the day of order.
Additional retouched files are charged at £10 each.

Balancing Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all balancing payments are due 1 week before your shoot date.
For international shoots, balancing payments must be made no later than 4 weeks before your scheduled shoot date.Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible. However, we also need to protect our business and minimise the impact that cancellations may have on our schedule and operations.
Cancelling more than 30 days before your shoot
If you cancel more than 30 days before your shoot date, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.
Cancelling between 30 and 7 days before your shoot
If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before your shoot date, your deposit can still be transferred to a new booking.
Cancelling within 7 days of your shoot
If you cancel within 7 days of your shoot date and have paid the full balance, your deposit cannot be transferred, but your balancing payment can be transferred to a future booking.
If the balancing payment has not yet been made, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.No Shows
In the unlikely event that you do not turn up for your shoot, no payments will be refunded or transferred.
We work from a well-equipped studio that’s perfect for dance photography, portraits, and headshots. If your project requires a larger space, we’re happy to arrange a location that suits your needs.
