    Placing an Order

    Once your order has been received, you will be emailed an invoice detailing the total amount payable, along with your unique order number.

    Security

    For your security, all payments are made directly to our bank account via online bank transfer. We do not process or store any card details.

    Reference Code

    The image reference code is listed below the image.

    Digital Files

    A download link for your ordered digital files will be sent to your email address. Please allow a few working days for us to complete your order. Processing times may vary depending on the number of files ordered and the amount of editing required.

    Print Photos

    Orders are only printed once the payment has been received. All photographic prints are edited, colour-corrected and professionally printed onto photographic paper by a photo lab.

    Please allow 4 to 5 working days for the photos to be printed and delivered.

    Postage

    Postage is £4.00 per order.

How to Order a Digital File

To order a file for Instagram please list the image reference code and add ‘File for Instagram’ after the image code.

To order a High-Resolution File, add the text 'High-Resolution File after the image reference code.

How to Order a Printed Photo

To order a photo please list the image reference code, photo size and quantity in the ‘Order Information’ box on the order form.
