Deposits
A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable booking fee has been received. This secures your shoot date and covers pre-production, planning, and administrative time.
The booking fee is typically 25% of the total cost of your photography service, although this may vary depending on the type of booking. This fee is due prior to the shoot date and is deducted from the total amount payable.
Payments
Unless otherwise stated, final balances are payable no later than 7 days before the scheduled shoot. For international bookings, the remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the shoot date.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, booking fees are non-refundable. However, where sufficient notice is given, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
Duration of the Shoot
On the day of your photo shoot, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your booking so you can make the most of your time in the studio.
Model Release Form
For clients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign a model release form prior to the photoshoot. This standard consent form grants permission for their child to be photographed.
Health & Safety
As full-time professional photographers, we are DBS-checked and fully insured with public liability cover. Certificates are available on request. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the photo shoot.

A one-hour studio photoshoot with posing guidance and support from a professional photographer who has over 10 years of experience.
Access to a private online gallery where you can view all the images from your photoshoot.
8 high-resolution images chosen by you, professionally retouched and ready for download, printing, or sharing on social media.
Additional high-resolution images and printed photographs are available to purchase online.

A two-hour studio photoshoot with posing guidance and support from a professional photographer who has over 10 years of experience.
